Skales:
your committed partner for Data Security
Given our industry (digitizing your scientific expertise) and the training of our team, all of our decisions take secure data management into account. It's a top priority for building professional relationships based on trust.
Skales would like to emphasize its commitment to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance and the importance of secure data management.
Transparency and trust
At Skales, we maintain transparent communications with our customers. In accordance with GDPR principles, we ensure that the information we collect and process is transmitted in a clear, complete, and transparent manner.
This creates a climate of trust and allows us to:
Meticulously manage our customers' sensitive data.
Ensure that our customers fully understand the reasons why we process their data.
Ensure fair and loyal use of confidential information.
None of our interactions, whether by phone, in writing, or via visual media such as videoconference design workshops, are shared with a third party. To ensure this, we ensure that we do not use any GAFAM tools, and our data is stored on our server hosted by OVH.
Compliance
to the GDPR
Skales operates in strict compliance with the standards established by the GDPR. Each of our business relationships is based on legal and valid contracts, compliant with applicable laws. This approach allows us to use personal data in accordance with our clients' preferences.
We are committed to providing high-quality services that serve the legitimate interests of our customers, placing their satisfaction at the heart of our mission. Skales assumes full responsibility for protecting our customers' vital interests and undertakes never to disclose their data to unauthorized third parties.
Concretely for your personal data
The GDPR grants individuals several rights, such as the right to access their personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of their data.
Due to our activity (BtoB and outside the health sector) we have very little "sensitive data" within the meaning of the GDPR. However, we take care to keep only the information useful for the performance of our missions and anyone can request the deletion of data by simply sending a written request to the address: contact@skales.fr .
To illustrate: the contact details of our contacts are only present within our email manager as well as within our CRM (both deployed on our server), it is therefore very easy to ensure compliance with the GDPR.
The GDPR is not simply a regulation, but a step towards respecting and protecting our clients' privacy. At Skales, we pride ourselves on our commitment to the GDPR, ensuring our clients have reliable, transparent, and legally compliant business relationships.
For any questions or requests for information regarding our data protection policy, do not hesitate to contact us; we will be happy to share our practices with you.
